A bit more than I usually add, mainly because of quite a lot of cash flow from dividends received.

 Wow, I must have been very busy! Seldom provide updates so late into the new month.

Singapore becoming more and more crowded, feels like even more so than pre covid times.

Good for businesses but as a customer, sometimes want to have a meal at coffeeshop also no place to sit down.

I continued to stay the course, adding more and more dividend stocks along the way. Diversified portfolio but strongly focused on one thing, ie dividends as cash flow.

Citic Limited - owns a lot of citic bank and a host of other businesses. Strong earning and dividends

SLP resources - plastics company, with manufacture plastic materials like packaging sheets used around the world and this pays stable divdends.

The covid crisis continues. Now plus Ukraine war happening.

I continued to stay the course, as usual, as always.

Added more dividend stocks,which I already have.

Venture corp - I have been wanting to add this for sometime. The recent Ukraine war situation causes lots of fear at the start and STI slumped more than 100 points. I took this chance to add this counter.

CSE global- Steady dividend counter. Biz is actually quite diversified in quite a number of countries.

SBS transit - Added to my existing position. Yield not fantastic but pays twice a year quite predictably.

PORTFOLIO AND DIVIDEND UPDATE : DECEMBER 2020

Time flies. Already 2022. Happy New Year, Everyone !!!

I continued to stay the course. Investing and reinvesting my dividends and excess cash on quality dividend stocks which have good past dividend history record and likelihood of continuing the paying in the future.

Added more dividend stocks, some of which I already have.

Chow Sang Sang : jewellery business listed in HK and steady dividend payer. 

UOI : got it when yield was about 3.5%, which to me, is about the minimum i would pay for. Any lower, might not make much sense to me, given that there are so many higher yielders around.

OCBC 

Herald Holdings : very high dividend payors. Makes toys, computer products, and involved in watches Ingersoll brand, the latter imo its the most valuable part of its business. small cap, but cash is about 1/2 of its cap and it has two relatively large physical assets. Not too risky given what it has and its dividend history, plus protection using appropriate sizing on my side.

PORTFOLIO AND DIVIDEND UPDATE NOVEMBER 2021

 The covid crisis is still on going. But progress is made in the sense more and more people are getting their booster shots in Singapore and more and more people are getting their primary doses in a lot of parts of the world. And we can see progress in the opening up of borders and a bit more people are starting to travel again. This is positive. There is less and less fear of the uncertainty of the virus in general.

So much for the virus. Now to dividend investing. Actually, its much the same. More new counters are added as will be shared below.

I continued to stay the course. Investing and reinvesting my dividends and excess cash on quality dividend stocks which have good past dividend history record and likelihood of continuing the paying in the future.

Added more dividend stocks, some of which I already have.

Taliworks : high dividend quarterly payout company in bursa. Malaysian public utilities conglomerate. Involved in water treatment, waste management, highway concession and construction.

Suga International ; high yield counter. involved in research development, manufactoring and sales of electronics, plastics stuff and moulds.

Vtech holdings : high yield, unblemished in 20 year record. Steady counter it seems. Sounds like Honda engine.

Poh Huat resources : also pretty good yield, this one quarterly payout. furniture making business based in Muar. High cash level is reassuring somewhat

Pokfulam : already have this. Steady low but growing yield counters, backed by a lot of hard assets in HK.

Hap seng : A conglomerate in Malaysia with various business under its umbrella. Distributor of Mercedes Benz.
