Actions :

Did porfolio rebalancing. Exchanged depressed stocks for even more depressed ones.

Added heavy positions in these giants : singpost capitacom keppel corp sembcorp ind.

More sph and singtel will be added from dividends received this month and next month.

Sph and singtel dividends in Dec and Jan will likely be used to buy more plife suntec capitacom ocbc and uob.

Nam Lee dividend raise from existing 1.5c to 2.5c is a pleasant one.

A memorable weekend - better than investments

Last weekend was indeed a memorable one.

Went to fetch my wife after her singhealth D & D.

Din want to go home so went to boat quay for some drinks.

We havent had time out on a date for a long time.

We sat by singapore river sipping our drinks.

We talked about how our courtships days. How we spent one entire night just talking below UOB plaza some 16 years ago.

Went home at 1 am plus..perhaps still early by today's youngster standards.

I opened the sunroof of the saloon, turned on loud the music kiss 92 fm. Placed her hand on my chest while i drove downtown and travelled along the CTE.

The benz emblem reflected light in a shooting fashion from the bright street lights into my eyes as i drove along.

My...i felt that i was driving my own wedding car!

I drive my car everyday but i dont get this type of feeling.

Feeling was fabulous...more than the dividends i get.

I know what i am lacking. I am lacking quality family time.

I know that i often talk about investnents but this is one post i need to post to express my feelings.
